2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation. You will receive a notification once your booking is confirmed.

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Late cancellations may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booked service.

  • No-Shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee equal to the full service cost.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or extra services.

  • Payment: Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted methods include credit cards, debit cards, cash, and online payment systems.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. Issues must be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

4. Service Limitations

  • Pre-Existing Conditions: Car Clean is not responsible for pre-existing damages or issues, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical faults.

  • Results: While we strive for excellence, some stains, damages, or imperfections may not be fully correctable. These limitations will be communicated before work begins.

5. Vehicle Preparation

  • Clients must remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Car Clean is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

  • Access to the vehicle and sufficient workspace must be provided for mobile detailing appointments.

6. Weather and Rescheduling

  • In case of inclement weather, we may reschedule outdoor appointments. We will contact you to arrange a new date at your convenience.

7. Liability and Warranty

  • Car Clean is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing issues, wear and tear, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Services come with a satisfaction guarantee. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information collected for bookings is used solely for communication and service delivery. Car Clean does not share or sell client data.

9. Third-Party Services

  • If third-party providers are involved in the service, their terms and conditions will apply. Car Clean is not responsible for their actions or work quality.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Car Clean. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Modifications to Terms
