5. Vehicle Preparation

Clients must remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Car Clean is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Access to the vehicle and sufficient workspace must be provided for mobile detailing appointments.
6. Weather and Rescheduling

In case of inclement weather, we may reschedule outdoor appointments. We will contact you to arrange a new date at your convenience.
7. Liability and Warranty

Car Clean is not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing issues, wear and tear, or unforeseen circumstances.

Services come with a satisfaction guarantee. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.
